1. General. These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with YourSigns through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Orders. All house signs are individually made to order using the wording, numbers, layout and options supplied or selected by the customer. You are responsible for checking that all information provided with your order is accurate.

3. Design Proofs. Where applicable, we will provide a design proof before production. You should check the wording, numbers, spelling and layout carefully before approving it. Production will normally begin once approval has been received.

4. Prices & Payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are based on the product and options selected together with any applicable delivery charge. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not normally affect an order already accepted at the agreed price.

5. Production & Delivery. Because our signs are made to order, production begins once the required order information and, where applicable, design approval have been received. Any production or delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise.

6. Personalised Goods & Cancellations. Our house signs are made to the customer's specifications and are clearly personalised. The normal right to cancel an online purchase because you have changed your mind does not generally apply to personalised or custom-made goods. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods. If your sign arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs of the sign and packaging. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

8. Returns & Refunds. Please contact us before returning a sign. We will advise whether a return is required and provide the appropriate instructions. Further information is available in our Refunds & Returns policy.

9. Guarantees. Selected products are supplied with a product guarantee. The duration and terms applicable to a particular sign are stated on the relevant product or range information. Any guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.

10. Product Descriptions & Natural Variations. We take reasonable care to display and describe products accurately. Screen colours may vary. Natural materials such as slate may vary in colour, texture, surface detail and edge appearance, and hand-finished products may contain small individual variations.

11. Hand-Painted & Bespoke Artwork. Where hand-painted or bespoke artwork is commissioned, the finished work may reflect the individual style and interpretation of the artist. This does not affect your statutory rights where the finished product is faulty, not as described or does not conform to what was agreed.

12. Liability. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

13. Privacy. Personal information provided to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

14. Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer regarding the court or jurisdiction in which a dispute may be brought.
