Delivery Information

Every house sign is made to order. Before production begins, we will prepare a design proof for you to check and approve. Once your proof has been approved, your sign will enter our production schedule.

How Long From Ordering to Delivery?

We aim to complete most orders within approximately two weeks of receiving them, depending on how quickly the design proof is approved.

Once we receive your approval, signs are usually completed within 7–10 days before being packaged and dispatched. More complex or specialist orders may take longer, and turnaround times can also increase during particularly busy periods.

Your Design Proof

We will send you a mock-up proof showing the proposed layout of your sign. Production begins once you have approved the design, so please check your proof and reply as soon as you are happy for us to proceed.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and other suitable delivery services depending on the size, weight and destination of the parcel. We select an appropriate service for each order to help ensure your sign reaches you safely.

Overseas Delivery

International orders are sent using Royal Mail or a suitable courier service, depending on the size, weight and destination of the parcel.

Tracking & Proof of Posting

Where applicable, we retain proof of posting or tracking information for dispatched orders. The delivery method used will depend on the service selected for your parcel.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us. We will check the dispatch information and advise you of the next steps. If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.
