The sign looks very good and appears to be extremely robust. I am sure it will last for many years. I have 2 small quibbles: 1. Time. I was told it would be about 2 weeks for the sign to be sent but it was nearly 4 weeks. I was also told it would take 2/3 days for delivery and it took 6 days. 2. Cost of Delivery. I was charged £6.50 for postage which only cost £2.62. I was therefore charged almost £4 for a bit of bubble wrap and some cardboard. As I say, 2 small "irritations". Your order was placed in the busy lead up to Christmas and our time to shipping stretches significantly due to the sheer volume of orders. Also Once the sign is shipped it is in the hands of Royal Mail and we have no influence on the time it takes to arrive, especially around Christmas. The post and packing fee for that item is £6.50. - We need to pay for the packaging materials, postage, plus the time involved for our packaging assistants. They can package 4 to 5 house sign parcels per hour.
